本系列单相交流同步发电机主要作为小型船舶照明及城镇、家日用电器的电源。发电机为防滴式，凸极旋转磁场自激恒压型式。内部采用质优的电磁材料和电工材料，定子绝缘为E(或B)级，转子绝缘为B级。
发电机采用谐波励磁自激恒压励磁系统，具有好的的动态特性，使用方便可靠，经久，发电机外形优雅，维护方便，安装尺寸采用国内外电工协会(1EC)标准。
发电机的电压为200伏或115伏，频率为50赫，工作方式为连续运行。根据需要，也可提供60赫及其他电压值的发电机。
发电机可与原动机直接联结或用三角皮带联接。当原动机的转速变化为5％时，无论频率为50赫或60赫、电压200伏或115伏，负载从0至100％的任一工作状态下，都能达到满意的恒压性能。

The generator and prime mover can directly connection and connect with cone belt. When the rotational speed of prime mover changed to 5%, No matter the frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz, the voltage is 115V or 200V, the load under arbitrary work state between 0==100%,can achieve the satisfied constant.
